this year our company will again have a Christmas shutdown.
During the Christmas holidays we will suspend the processing of e-shop orders and personal collections in Kolín. We will not be dispatching goods and will not be available by phone or email.
Orders received during the Christmas holidays will be processed from Monday 6 January 2025.
Opening hours during Christmas 2024
- until Thursday 19 December - normal opening hours
- Friday 20 December - last day of dispatch - we dispatch orders received by Thursday 19 December by 12:00.
- Monday 23 December - Friday 03 January - closed
Starting Monday, January 6, 2025, we will begin shipping orders in the order they are received. We ask for your patience in the first days of the new year, dispatching can take 4-5 working days due to the large number of orders, especially the valve coffee bags we produce.
Delivery of packaging by Christmas
If you want to be sure that we will deliver your packaging by Christmas, we recommend that you do not delay your order and order your packaging as soon as possible, no later than Tuesday 17 December by 12:00. This applies to packaging that we have in stock.
Last dispatch day
This year, we will send out the last orders on Friday 20 December for orders received by 19 December by 12:00. For these orders, however, we do not guarantee that they will be delivered to you by Christmas! However, we do not exclude this possibility, it depends on the current workload of the carriers. Orders received later will not be shipped until after the New Year from 6.1. 2024.
Of course, you can also order during the Christmas holidays when we are closed. However, we will not be present by email and phone. All orders received over the holidays will be shipped after the New Year.
