Bag with flat bottom | KRAFT brown | POCKET ZIP | valve
The high quality flat bottom paper bag is made of unbleached Japanese kraft paper and two foils BOPA and PE, which fully replace the aluminium layer. This results in lower CO2 emissions during production and disposal. The bag is designed with a large hopper opening, and the bag must be welded after filling. To open the bag, the customer has to break off and tear the zip lock. The bag is fitted with a valve to release the fullness of the devil's roasted coffee.

Description
Thepaper bag with flat bottom and aroma valve is a reliable and safe packaging for freshly roasted coffee. The combination of BOPA and PE films provides excellent moisture and oxygen barrier properties and fully replaces the aluminium layer. This results in lower CO2 emissions during production and disposal.
The bag is constructed with a large hopper opening, after filling the bag must be welded. To open the bag, the customer has to break off and tear the zip lock. Due to the resealable Zipper, it helps to maintain the freshness of the product.
Aroma valve caters for the safe release of freshly brewed coffee gases. This valve prevents the bag from inflating or bursting (freshly roasted coffee produces up to 6 litres of gas per 1kg of coffee).
The bag meets the legal requirements for food contact according to EU regulations.
