The flat-bottomed plastic bag is made of matt PP film, a middle layer of metallized film and an inner layer of transparent PE film. The bag is equipped with a ZIP closure, a valve to release freshly roasted coffee gases, a cut-out for easy opening + lasercut.

Description
Theflat-bottomed three-layer bag with aroma valve is a reliable and safe packaging for freshly roasted coffee. The bag provides excellent moisture and oxygen barrier properties. The bag is made of 100% plastic without the use of aluminium foil.
The aroma valve ensures the safe release of freshly roasted coffee gases. This valve prevents the bag from inflating or bursting (freshly roasted coffee produces up to 6 litres of gas per 1 kg of coffee).
Due to the resealable ZIP, it helps to preserve the aroma of the coffee. The bag needs to be welded over the ZIP closure. The end user will appreciate the notches for tearing and easy opening of the bag.
The bag meets the legal requirements for food contact according to EU regulations.
