Complete loyalty programme rules
I. Basic rules for customer discount
- Every registered customer is enrolled in the loyalty program and is already close to his/her discount with the first completed and paid purchase.
- Always log in to your account first so that you have a clear overview of your orders.
- If you purchase over 1.000€ worth of goods in the last 12 months, we will automatically set you up with a 2% discount.
- Shop with us regularly and we will automatically set you up with a 3% discount for orders over 2.000€ in the last 12 months, we will automatically set you up with a 5% discount for orders over 4.000€ in the last 12 months, and we will include you as one of our wholesale customers for orders over 10.000€. In addition, we can set you up with an invoice with a 14-day payment term by agreement.
- You will see your final prices immediately after logging in to your account.
II. What the customer discount applies to
- The customer discount applies to the complete range of packaging.
III. What the customer discount does not apply to
- The customer discount does not apply to Machinery and Equipment, sale and clearance items.
IV. Loyalty program validity
- The loyalty program begins with the first completed and paid purchase.
- Due to the fact that only paid orders are counted, it may take up to 10 days from the last order recorded under your account to set up a new customer discount.
- The customer discount will be cancelled if the customer has not made a purchase of at least 20€ including VAT in the last 12 months.
- Doypacky s.r.o. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for discounts or to terminate discounts. It also reserves the right not to grant a discount in special cases without giving reasons.
V. Other
- Discounts are only granted to registered customers. Only orders placed under a registered account are counted. Previous orders made as a "non-registered/non-registered customer" cannot be counted towards the loyalty programme, nor can multiple customer accounts be linked at the same time.
- Orders that fall under custom production do not count towards the loyalty program.
- Orders placed via email do not count towards the loyalty program.
- Only paid and received orders are counted.
- A corrective tax receipt will be issued for returned goods in the event of cancellation of the purchase contract, which will then be deducted in the fulfillment of the loyalty programe.
