Questions about products

What bag size should I choose?

The grams are not important for choosing the right bag size, but the volume of the raw material in milliliters.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- a kitchen scale
- a measuring cup in ml
- the product you will be bagging
HOW TO PROCEED?
- put the measuring cup on the scale and reset the scale (TARE button)
- pour the desired weight of your product into the measuring cup ( e.g. 100g of nuts )
- now look at the measuring cup to see what measure the raw material reaches (e.g. 400ml )
- this is your final volume in ml. For our example we will be looking for bags with the nearest in line upwards, i.e. 500ml.

Can you send me a sample of the packaging?

Yes, we will be happy to send you a bag samples. How do I order a sample? On the product page, please choose the correct volume of the bag (Select a variant). Under the "Add to cart" button is the "Order sample" button. Once clicked, 1 piece of the selected product will be added to your basket. Samples can be ordered in 2 pieces per variant and the maximum number of samples in the basket is limited to 20 pieces.

Can the bags withstand temperatures of 100°C and above?

All of our stock bags are tested at temperatures up to 60°C, so we cannot recommend them for sterilization, pasteurization, or other food processing where temperatures above 60°C are used. 

Which welder should I choose?

Our e-shop offers welding machines for small and start-up companies as well as for larger companies with a heavy workload. Detailed descriptions and information can be found for each product. If you have not found the answers to your questions in the product description, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@doypacky.cz. We will be happy to advise you which welding machine is best suited for you.

Where can I find the Declaration of Conformity?

Why does the O2Zero® oxygen absorber heat up when the protective packaging is opened?

It's normal and okay. Don't worry.

Oxygen absorbers are small packets that contain iron powder and other ingredients that react with oxygen and remove it from a closed environment, such as food packaging. When the iron powder in the absorber reacts with oxygen, a process called oxidation occurs, which releases heat energy.

This heat energy is then transferred to the oxygen absorber's packaging, causing it to heat up. The amount of heat generated depends on the amount of oxygen absorbed and the size of the absorber.

It is important to note that the heat generated by an oxygen absorber is usually not sufficient to cause damage or destruction to the bag or its contents. In fact, heat can help create a more stable and fresher environment for food by reducing the amount of oxygen present, which can slow the growth of bacteria and mold.

Is the O2Zero® oxygen absorber harmful to health if accidentally consumed?

Accidental consumption of oxygen absorber should not adversely affect the health of humans (adults and children) and pets. O2O Oxygen Absorber is not intended for consumption, but is harmless and non-toxic.

The absorbers are tested by SGS, from the materials of the film (outside) to the ingredients (inside). All are safe and do not harm health.

An oral toxicity test has also been carried out and the result shows that the product is harmless if consumed. In case of accidental consumption, rinse your mouth and drink plenty of water. In case of problems, we recommend that you see a doctor.

What size O2Zero® oxygen absorber do I need?

We are happy to help you choose the right size absorber. Email us at info@doypacky.cz. We only need 3 pieces of information from you:
- package size in ml
- weight of raw material in 1 pack in grams
- shelf life of the product in days.


Questions about the purchasing process

Can I make changes to my order?

We're sorry, but once an order has been sent to our system, it cannot be changed. You cannot change the shipping method, billing or delivery address, payment method, or products. If you want to make any changes to your order, you must create a new order with the correct products/details and cancel the original order.

Where is my package?

You will receive your tracking number in your email after your order has been shipped. In case you purchase as a registered customer, you will also have a tracking number in your customer account.

Can I return the packaging?

If you are buying as a non-business person (consumer), you can return the unused and packed packaging to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you are buying as a sole trader, a legal entity or an institution, the statutory 14-day return period does not apply. However, we always try to accommodate you and you can also return the packed and unused bags to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that even if you return your complete order to us, you will not be refunded the postage costs.

ATTENTION: We do not exchange goods. In the event that you wish to exchange goods, you must create a new order and return the original goods.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is shipped.

In case the order has already been accepted by the carrier, you can refuse the shipment, however we reserve the right to compensate the shipping and handling costs, see Terms and Conditions. This compensation is legally enforceable, since the customer has violated the purchase contract by not collecting the goods, see Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. The same conditions apply to business entities and institutions.

I received goods I didn't order.

We apologise if we have sent you goods you did not order by mistake, please contact us at info@doypacky.cz. We will replace the goods immediately free of charge.

How should I proceed with a complaint?
