Description
Manual, permanently heated, professional tongs sealer suitable for all types of our bags.
The tongs' sealing bars are permanently heated (like an iron), the seal itself occurs only when the handle is pressed. Before sealing, you set the temperature using a thermostat from 80°C to 250°C. The temperature must correspond to the thickness and material of the sealed bags. Likewise, the time for which the jaws are closed must be adapted to the material being sealed to prevent it from melting. Above the temperature regulator there are two indicator diodes that signal the connection to the network and the actual heating of the sealing bars.
The Teflon-coated jaws are easy to clean from residual plastic melts. The sealer's jaws are in the shape of waves, which you know, for example, from food packaging. This shape of the weld creates an airtight and waterproof weld that cannot be opened except by cutting or using really brute force. Very suitable, for example, for welding bags of coffee or loose tea. Thanks to the weld thickness of 12 mm, there is no risk of aroma leakage or moisture.
The pliers are easy to transport and easy to handle due to their low weight. Thanks to the spacer legs, they can be placed anywhere safely without burning the surface. The pliers have rubber handles, so they do not slip out of your hand while working. No fusible wire is used in the pliers and, unlike classic impulse welders, they are almost maintenance-free.
We offer welding pliers in two lengths: 30 cm and 40 cm.
Attention! Since both jaws are permanently heated and not protected in any way, we recommend working with protective gloves to avoid burns if handled carelessly.
