We will guide you through the claim process in four easy steps:
- Sign in to your account. Not registered? It doesn't matter, you load the order using its number and the e-mail that was used when ordering.
- Select the product you need to claim.
- Fill in the details of the problem and choose the way in which we would resolve the complaint to your greatest satisfaction.

For a simple and quick complaint, please fill out the online complaint form above. If you purchased as a registered customer, you will see all the goods that are still under warranty in the form. After filling out the form, you will be shown all the necessary information to claim the goods and send them back.
How can I check the status of my claim?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once the goods have arrived. We have 30 days to resolve everything and inform you of the outcome of the claim. However, we always try to do this as soon as possible.
