Do any of the products not suit you? Does not matter. Simply exchange or return it. Online, free and in no time.
We will guide you through the return process in four easy steps:
Sign in to your account. Not registered? It doesn't matter, you load the order using its number and the e-mail that was used when ordering.
- Select the product you need to return.
- Check and if necessary fill in the details in the form and submit it.
- Send us the package - please use the services of private carriers (DPD, PPL, GLS, Zásilkovna and similar).
- After receiving the return, we will check the goods and if everything is fine, we will return the money to your account within 14 days.
- Do you know that...? If you purchased as a business entity, you are not legally entitled to a 14-day return period, as the Civil Code governing consumer contracts does not apply to you. We understand that even entrepreneurs can have different reasons for returning goods, which is why we offer you this option. We believe that this helpful step will be appreciated by many of our business customers, who will thus gain more flexibility and security in their purchases. At the same time, however, we reserve the right to set the conditions under which we are willing to accept returned goods. You will receive more information in the information email after entering the return into our system.
