Description
Hacona type S is a reliable machine that ensures high quality sealing. It is ideal for operations with high workload.
All Type S machines work on the principle of impulse sealing. The melting wire is heated only when the sealing bar is closed. This guarantees maximum safety and energy saving.
This impulse welder is equipped with a magnetic holding device that ensures a consistent weld independent of the operator. The electromagnet automatically keeps the pressure arm closed for the duration of the set melting cycle, eliminating the need for laborious pressing and holding of the arm during welding. The melt cycle is initiated by lightly pressing the arm. A magnet holds the pressure arm firmly in place and ensures even pressure distribution over the entire length of the fusion area. When the cycle is complete, the pressure arm automatically lifts, whereupon the bag can be removed and the welder is ready to produce the next package.
This welder comes standard with a cutting knife that allows the production of custom bags from sleeve (tubing) film.
The surface of the machine is powder coated orange. It is suitable for general use and can be used in all sectors of industry. If you need a machine with a finish suitable for the food or pharmaceutical industry, please contact us. We are also able to provide you with a welder with a silver anodised surface (INOX). The anodising process absolutely smooths and hardens the surface of the aluminium frame. This surface treatment makes the machine frame even more resistant to scratches and mechanical impacts. A welding machine with this surface treatment is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical or some sectors of the chemical industry. ATTENTION: The INOX surface is not acid resistant!
Choose the machine size according to the largest bag size used in the packaging process.

- PE Polyethylene 500 microns
- PP Polypropylene 200 microns
- Multilayer laminated film 160 microns (depending on the type of lamination!)
