Description
Hand-held impulse welder without cutting blade for sealing bags and films.
In this type of welding machine the heating wire is not heated permanently, but only when the arm is pressed. The heating time of the welding wire is set by a timer according to the thickness of the material to be welded. After the set interval has elapsed, the welder switches itself off. The welder does not have a cutting blade. The welder is ready for immediate use.
The welder is all-metal and is suitable for small operations, i.e. it is not recommended for all-day operation. A maximum of 35 bags can be welded on this welder, then it is necessary to disconnect it from the mains and leave it off until it cools down (approx. 1h). If the maximum limit of welding cycles is exceeded, the welder may burn out and this defect cannot be claimed. If you need a professional machine that can handle all-day operation, we recommend Hacona or Audion welders.
