- Large hopper: The absence of a ZIP closure allows the neck of the bag to be completely opened, creating a large filling opening. This solution significantly facilitates handling of coffee during filling and increases the efficiency of the production process.
- Aroma valve: This valve ensures the safe release of gases from freshly roasted coffee from the package. This prevents the bag from swelling or bursting (freshly roasted coffee produces up to 6 liters of gases per 1 kg of coffee).
- Easy to open: The tear-off cutout allows for quick and convenient opening of the bag without the need for scissors or a knife.
- Complies with standards: The bag complies with strict EU legal requirements for food contact, so you can be sure that you are providing your customers with safe and reliable packaging.
Note: Due to the construction of the bag, it is necessary to use welding pliers to close it, which are heated from both sides, as 4 layers of material are sealed at once!
