Transport method
Courier PPL
- This carrier is a member of the DLH Group and may work with other delivery companies in the destination country.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an informative email and sms from the carrier with a link to track your shipment.
- If the courier does not reach you at the address, they will try to deliver again the next working day.
- The shipment can be rerouted and deposited at the shipper's drop-off points.

Payment methods
Payment gateway - Gopay
- Payment is facilitated by GoPay.
- Payment by card through the bank's interface is 100% secure, the communication is encrypted and the card cannot be misused.
- MasterCard, Maestro or Visa cards are accepted.
Payment by advance invoice
- After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us (this email does not include an advance invoice).
- Please wait for the next email, which will contain an invoice for payment by bank transfer (sometimes this can take up to the next day).
- We will dispatch the ordered goods on the day the payment is credited to our account. Bank transactions can take up to 3 days.
- We will wait for 7 calendar days for your payment. If the amount is not credited to our account by then, we will be forced to cancel the order.
We pack ecologically in used cartons
We source used boxes from our suppliers. This gives the boxes a second chance, instead of being pressed and disposed of, they remain in circulation. Whether an order is packed in a new or used box depends on the current availability of suitable sizes and load capacities of used paper boxes.
Because our shipments are often heavy and are made up of multiple boxes, it is necessary to secure them with plastic wrap during transport to you. This will ensure that your shipments are less damaged but also protected against the weather. We are pleased to know that at least by using used boxes we contribute to reducing waste.
