Professional benchtop impulse welder with cutting blade for sealing films and bags. The welder has a robust steel body and is also suitable for high workload operations. The machine is easily operated by pressing the vertical welding arm. The welding time is set by a controller. Welding is indicated by a light which is illuminated during the sealing period.

Professional benchtop impulse welder with cutting blade for sealing films and bags.
The Sealboy model has a durable rugged construction and is easy to maintain with Audion replacement parts available in stock. The sealer is equipped with a timer that allows you to precisely adjust the sealing time to match the thickness of the film. A light indicator shows when the sealing time is complete.
The Sealboy welder comes standard with a cutting blade that allows the production of custom bags of tubular (sleeve) film.
The Audion Sealboy is user friendly and requires only minimal operator instruction. The melt cycle is initiated by simply pressing the pressure arm after placing the bag on the melt wire. An indicator light alerts the operator when the welding time is complete. After a few seconds of cooling, the operator can lift the pressure arm. Once the sealing cycle is complete, the bag can be removed and the welder is ready to produce the next package.
Compared to the Sealkid model, the Sealboy model is more robust and, due to its higher weight, more stable. Another difference is in the replacement of the fusible wire. In the Sealkid model, the fusible wire is already customized including the attachment loops. With the Sealboy model, the fusible wire does not need to have attachment loops and is therefore cheaper.
Choose the machine size according to the largest bag size used in the packaging process.
