Description
Silicone rubber is placed on the arm of the welder, it serves for symmetrical pressure of the welded material to the fusible wire. It is placed in two grooves behind each other, one serves for pressure to the wire, the other as a stop (for greater stability of the arm).
The quality of the weld is highly dependent on the quality and condition of the silicone rubber. Over time, the rubber will begin to wear, lose elasticity and thus affect the sealing pressure. It is recommended that both silicone rubbers be changed at the same time to ensure optimum sealing pressure of the sealing bar on the wire and to ensure weld quality.
Select the length of the replacement rubber according to the type of your welder.
Thereplacement pressure rubber is suitable forall Hacona models type C and C - INOX.
